I second the Weber as well. We've got the Q200 and its a great unit. A bit large right now, but the kids will grow into it. Getting back to the RVQ though, we had one on our tent trailer and it seemed to work all right, albeit a bit small and I was never concerned about burning the thing to the ground. The heat seem to dissipate quite well since the actual grill sat about 6" out from the side of the trailer.
There is no such thing as a bad day camping.
